Our Lewis Capaldi superfan, Cara Blackhall, reports on the West Lothian megastar’s latest venture…
Lewis Capaldi has announced that his brand-new documentary will be coming to Netflix next month.
Lewis Capaldi: How I’m Feeling Now will follow the West Lothian singer’s life with insights into his experience of rising to fame and how he became a Grammy award-winning star.
The documentary is expected to follow Lewis’ career over the course of several years with a focus on the singer going back to his Scottish roots and the creation of his forthcoming second album Broken by Desire to be Heavenly Sent.
BAFTA award-winner Joe Pearlman is the director of the film, and he took to Twitter to share his excitement about the news.
Joe tweeted: “Two and a half years in the making, can’t wait for the world to see what we’ve made together… April 5th – Lewis Capaldi: How I’m Feeling Now”.
In the promotional video for the documentary, Lewis dressed up as characters from famous Netflix shows including Bridgerton, Squid Game and Orange is the New Black.
He even teased that Niall Horan might make an appearance within the film too in the comments of the video.
Lewis said on Twitter: “Pretty terrified for everyone to see this if I’m quite honest, but I’m so, so proud of it.”
With the documentary set to be released next month and the second album on May 19, Lewis Capaldi fans have plenty to look forward to.
